At Xochi's Gift Shop, we want you to love every unique find; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred tracked shipping method.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gift, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
